Dear Mr. Kohler,
Yesterday morning I called your shop to request that you take down our awning as soon as possible. The young lady who handled the call explained that the daily routings were already made but said that she might be able to send the crew Tuesday or Wednesday.
Our problem was that we are having brickwork repaired and some of the work needs to be done directly over our new awning.
Within a few minutes after I hung up, [she] called back and said she could take care of us that same day Sure enough, they rolled up at about 10 a.m.
That is extra special service, You obviously have good people and I assume that you like to know that your customers appreciate it.
